Does WordPress maintenance come included?
We perform updates to WordPress and plugins, including checking that everything still works after that. That’s included in every package.
What if my site doesn't look right?
Call us. During the day, there is someone in the office who knows your site; outside of office hours, call our breakdown number. 06 150 105 30. In most cases, we restore a backup within the hour.
Can I have my email with you too?
Yes, each package includes mailboxes. If you prefer to work with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, we can set that up for you.
Am I stuck somewhere?
No. Your domain and your files remain yours and you can cancel at any time. We keep customers by good work, not by contracts.
Where are the servers located?
Within the EU, at a data center that complies with European privacy regulations. Your data will not leave the EU.
