A local healthcare alliance supports GP practices in cross-practice collaboration and coordination with other healthcare parties. In a local care alliance, solutions to bottlenecks in care are worked on together. Preferably with several GP practices so that not every GP practice has to reinvent the wheel.
To convince people of this intiative, we were asked to develop a unique graphic concept. This resulted in a web, graphically represented in which all the points of concern are shown connecting to each other just like a real web. This depicts the unique collaboration. In addition to being designed in the house style of Huisarts Zuid Kennemerland, modern illustrations have been used which are functional as well as graphical and create a beautiful look and feel!
